Screw Stairs Description:
Stairs made of reinforced concrete are made according to the author’s drawings.
Stairs and risers are faced with marble.
Railings made of metal (forged), wooden railings.
The pattern on the floor is made of marble, the cutting is hydroabrasive.
The height of the room from floor to ceiling is 2.85 m, the thickness of the floor is 340 mm.
The profiles of the handrail, the angular cornice of the staircase (lower corner), the cornice of the riser and the frieze (between the floors) are also attached to the archive, if necessary they can be replaced with others, since these elements are made with the “Sweep” modifier and the modifier stack is open.
Also in the archive there is a straight and diagonal fragment of wrought iron handrails that can be “multiplied” and made their configuration via the modifier “Bevel” or “Path Deform”
